- Gather any recent X-rays or dental records from previous providers
- Prepare a list of current medications and health conditions
- Note any specific concerns or questions you'd like to discuss
- Arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete any remaining paperwork

Arriving at the Clinic
- Check in at our reception desk on arrival
- Complimentary refreshments are available in our waiting lounge
- Our patient coordinator will meet you and explain the appointment process
- Parking is available in the Dubai Healthcare City Visitor Car Park (validated)
- We are fully accessible for patients with mobility requirements

- Comprehensive examination and medical/dental history review
- Digital X-rays or 3D scan if clinically indicated
- Open discussion of your concerns and treatment goals
- Transparent explanation of findings and all treatment options
- Detailed treatment plan with transparent cost breakdown

After Your Appointment
- Post-treatment care instructions will be provided verbally and in writing
- Your patient coordinator will assist with scheduling follow-up appointments
- A summary of your visit and treatment plan will be emailed within 24 hours
- Our team is available for any questions between visits
- Emergency line available 24/7 for acute dental concerns
